A Fresh New Look at Marketing Joy

Have you ever had a project that you wanted another crack at?  Maybe you thought it was good…but it could be better.  In a way, that’s how I felt about college.  Don’t get me wrong.  I had a great time.  But there is a (small) part of me that would like to back and be a better student.  I am wiser now.  I have more tools.  I could take the best of what I did there…and make it better.

That’s how I felt about my book Delivering Marketing Joy.  Looking back at that project, I was really happy with the overall content of the book.  But there were things I wanted to add (new material).  There were some basic fixes I wanted to take care of.  I know a little more about layout and design now.  And maybe, most of all, I wanted to add an audio version for those that like to “learn on the go.”  So we have made those changes…and everything is up and ready for purchase.

So who should read this book?

Entrepreneurs:  If you are an entrepreneur/small business owner, you want the best marketing results for the least reach.  Of course you do.  That’s why we focus on targeted efforts with little waste.

Marketing Pros:  This is a great tool to “sharpen the saw” for you.  In addition, the case studies will help you be creative on your next promotion.

Promo Pros:  I got a lot of feedback that this book is a great tool for those new to the Promo industry.  So for those in the industry, it might make sense to have one as a training tool.  But with this book written for your customers, this is a great hand out so your customers are more well educated on how to create a better promotion.  They will ask better questions and therefore, help you create better marketing for them!

This was a great reminder of how to not over complicate marketing! There were simple effective strategies given that will help anyone building marketing plans incorporate into their business.  Tiffany.

I want to give a quick shout out to the internal team at Hasseman Marketing for helping me to update this material.  Josh Williams did the design and layout.  Sarah Hart and Dustin Haywood helped me put the audio book together.  Both were a lot of work (and I am not a great client) so…thanks gang!

So check out the 2nd edition of Delivering Marketing Joy here…or the audible version here…and let me know what you think!
