5 pieces of content to lift you up

Motivation and inspiration are important in business.  While we need to be internally motivated and purpose-driven, sometimes we all need a boost.  I often get that boost from consuming content from other entrepreneurs, marketers, and creators in the business space.

Here are 5 pieces of content that I hope will lift you up.

For the Love of Licking County Podcast

I was recently asked to be a guest on For the Love of Licking County and I really enjoyed it!  We talked about how to become an influencer in your space, why consistency is so important, and why kindness can really be a differentiator.  We cover a lot of ground!  Check out that episode here.

The Mid-Week Marketing Moment

My friend Bill Petrie started doing this new video feature to get you thinking about how to do marketing better.  This week he talks about why it can be a fool’s errand to chase trends…and I agree.  Watch his latest episode here.

Delivering #MarketingJoy Episode 386

This time on Delivering #MarketingJoy I got to chat with Drew Neisser.  Drew is the author of Renegade Marketing and the creator of CMO Huddles.  He talked about the power of peer groups, steps to becoming a better B2B marketer, and why Benjamin Franklin inspires him to be a better marketer.  This is a good one…watch it now!

5 Places To Visit In 10 Miles

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!”  Okay…so this is less inspirational and more fun.  Check out this short video about a few places to visit when you come to Coshocton County.

Success Makes No Apologies

We can file this under, “I needed to hear this.”  Sometimes content just hits you at the right time with the right message.  This was a message that did that for me yesterday.  Ed Mylett talks about why you need to “outlast the temporary,” how to keep going when times are tough, and why dreams can be a glimpse into the future.  Take some time to get fired up and watch this one.
